Q: Why when I click on remove limit on a Megavideo Video, it won’t work?

A: It does work, you have to give it time to load, if that doesn’t clean cookies & cache (look below) and click on it again.

Q: How do I clear cache and cookies?

A: If you have Opera browser. Go to Tools -> Delete Private Data… -> Click detail options -> ONLY check off cookies and cache, keep everything else unchecked -> delete -> FINALLY, restart your browser and try again, if not restart your computer.

If you have Firefox Browser. Go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> only check off cookies and cache, NOTHING else -> clear private data now -> Finally restart your browser and/or computer.

If you have Google Chrome. Click the wrench -> clear browsing data -> have only cache and cookies checked off, NOTHING else -> clear browsing data -> restart browser and/or computer.
NOTE: If you have an updated version of Google Chrome, You have to go to options after clicking the Wrench THEN go to Personal stuff to get to the last three steps in the intstructions for Google Chrome above.

If you have Internet Explorer. Tools -> Delete browsing history -> delete cookies -> restart browser and/or computer. (I don’t have an upgraded version of IE I don’t think, not sure… so this may apply differently, but should be relatively the same)

Q: YouTube video download option won’t show, what can I do?

A: There’s actually nothing you can do, sometimes it won’t show cause there is some error in the script, we will update this script when we have the chance to fix it.

Q: Why did you add the download option?

A: So you can download the video to your computer and watch it offline, or put the video on portable devices. You will need VLC player to play the .flv files on your computer [click to download]

Q: A Download isn’t working, what can I do?

A: Maybe the video is broken.

A: Thats the chat, it can be muted by hitting the speaker icon in the bottom left corner.

Q: Why is my video stopping and playing randomly?

A: The video isn’t fully buffered, wait a few minutes for the video to load. It sometimes depends on the speed of your internet connection.

Q: A video is broken, what should I do?

A: Report the Video or tell one of the staff.

Q: I don’t see an Anime on here that I like, can you add it?

A: Request for it in the Forums or ask one of the staff.

A: You have to refresh the chat box.

Q: Videos are displaying without sound, or won’t load past a certain point, what’s going on?

A: It’s possible something happened that would cause an error in your Cache. Please clear out your Internet Cache, this can be done with Firefox by going to Tools and then Clear Private Data.

Q: Videos are constantly cut off?

A: Check your internet connection. Breaks in the connection will commonly cut off the video stream.
